Below are the courses we offer.
This course prepares individuals to take a polygraph exam strictly through ethical means. Many federal, state, and local agencies require applicants to submit and successfully complete a polygraph exam. Unfortunately, most agencies instruct applicants not to research polygraph prior to their examination as there is voluminous amounts of misinformation on the internet. As a result, many applicants go into a polygraph not knowing how to properly prepare for that day or how to comport themselves during an examination. This course will familiarize you with the polygraph process. Our polygraph experts, (all with over 20 years as examiners within the federal system), will help answer your questions and prepare you to be as comfortable as possible for your big day. Specific test questions will not be disclosed. We will NOT provide any instruction on how to conduct countermeasures or ways one can attempt to manipulate an exam (we are firm believers good examiners will catch cheaters and thus eliminate them from the applicant pool). Any further questions can be directed to us via email.
This course is geared towards students who have conducted 200 or more exams where we can revisit topical areas taught during basic polygraph training and expound on them to create better examiners. This course will focus on the following areas:
This course will help examiners get more conclusive results,
(lower inconclusive/no opinion calls), obtain more information, as well as increase examiner confidence with the obtainment of cleaner charts.
This intensive course will teach individual how to become polygraph examiners. Students will be instructed in the following areas:
Upon completion of this course, students will be provided a certificate as a Polygraph Examiner through iVeritasNow which is recognized by the American Polygraph Association.
The High Value Detainee Interrogation Group (HIG) created in 2009 by President Obama was established to join professionals from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the United States Department of Defense (DoD) in an effort to question terrorism suspects in an expedited fashion after their detainment while obtaining articulable intelligence. While the HIG is administered by the FBI, these three agencies created the HIG Research Program to study the effectiveness of interrogation approaches and techniques. Based on this research, the HIG testified in 2017 stating the following, “Based on the comprehensive research and field validation studies, it is concluded that the most effective practices for eliciting accurate information and actionable intelligence are non-coercive, rapport-based, information-gathering interviewing and interrogation methods.”
Interviews occur daily in the corporate world; however, most individuals have never received any formalized training on best techniques to conduct these interviews. These interviews could be of prospective employees, regarding potential acquisitions, human resources disciplinary matters, or any number of assocated topics. Regardless of the subject matter, decades of research has been conducted
to ascertain the most effective ways of interviewing individuals and eliciting the desired information. This course will teach these methods and enhance any individual's ability to effectively conduct interviews.
This course will instruct law enforcement, loss prevention, or other individuals in the art of effectively conducting criminal investigations. This course can be adapted to cover a broad range of criminal violations or hone in on a specific crime. This course will provide you with in-depth instruction of the processes and techniques that apply to all aspects of criminal investigations, from the initial response to the scene to the final courtroom presentation. Exercises will reinforce the classroom discussions as you build a case through the use of field notes, statements, physical evidence and lab reports.

This training has been successfully developed, implemented, and taught to protect yourself, your family, your employees, and anyone who finds themselves in an active shooter event. The course is taught from the situational awareness perspective to avoid potentially dangerous events when possible, to develop the mindset to maintain your ability to think critically under stress, and the ability to act in a manner to protect yourself and those around you. We have successfully taught this course to retail and restaurant companies who are interested in educating their employees to protect their customers and co-workers.
iVeritasNow will provide quality assurance for your polygraph exams. Federal polygraph regulation requires all federal agencies to have every exam reviewed by Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with federal polygraph guidelines. This ensures consistency and professionalism throughout the Federal polygraph community. This model has been replicated by many state agencies as well as larger local entities. However, there still exist many local and state agencies that do not have a quality assurance procedure which could call into question the validity of their exam. We offer quality assurance that uses the American Polygraph Association (APA) guidelines to ensure your exam has independent review and thus can withstand any scrutiny.

"Understanding real-world perspective from former FBI polygraph examiners on how they approach specific issue and applicant cases was invaluable. This course will make me a better examiner as there were timely reminders of fundamentals as well as thought provoking perspectives given for us to learn different approaches to a single issue test. I would definitely like to participate in future polygraph course with Martin and Joe."

"This advanced polygraph class was a highly interactive and productive exchange of tradecraft, experience, and what works and what doesn't. This course will make me a better examiner as it caused a lot of self-reflection, affirmation, and learning from experienced FBI examiners to incorporate existing tradecraft and protocols that you do not get from textbooks. I would benefit from future courses with these gentlemen."

"This class was an eye-opener for me and now I know how to react in a threatening situation. If something happened in the establishment I would now know what to do to protect myself and others. The actual scenario and demonstration was very helpful. This information is great for everyday life, being aware and watching your surroundings."
-Yes Chef Employee, October 2022
"I thought the most helpful was their explanation of Avoid, Deny, Defend and how it related to the Run, Hide, Fight, that I previously heard. They reminded me to be aware of my surroundings and how to take control of my situation. I would highly recommend this course."
